If the HLV TRADING CORP NEW stock is trading at .007.......and it moves to 0 what happens?

This stock was picked up by a pump and dump scheme with spams and the whole bit.......

What then....is it completely bankrupt.....will my trading monies be lost?

    Is this something of concern?

I have a trading account with HLV and am frightened about what may come......What now?....Please respond here......

  2. if it moves to 0 it is worth 0.

I understand...the shares are worth 0. Thank you very much for the help.

Does that then mean the company is finished....Is my money gone and the company vanishes? I have never been in a situation like this...

I did not even know until today that HLV is listed albeit over pink slips. I have clearly been shoddy in my due diligence before I sending money to HLV. I am in damage control.

Anyone with a response that is actually helpful?

HLV Trading is like the roach motel easy to come in hard to get out.

Don't count on getting that money back I heard a number of traders who had a hard time getting funds returned to them.

    Charlie is a weird cat

    Good Luck

  9. the performance of the stock shouldn't have influence on the solvability of the company, unless they need to issue stock regularly to stay alive.

As I understand it if there's no bid/ask then it's worthless and you can get a worthless stock letter from the broker to get it out of your account?

Umm.. don't put all your money in penny stocks? Or sub-micro-penny stocks?
