Hit the Bid, take the Offer... ??? the Ask?

the best offer is the highest offer according to the estate agent. they are thinking from the view of the client though thats the thing. they thought about this and they know it causes them problems but they have no idea how to fix

 

I give up...what problem? Fix what?

 

this is an actual fact: a house will be sold if the offer is good. resting bids on money will go up if corbyn gets in but the offers on houses will go down aka a terrible market. thank you henry. admit that how they talk,

 

How to fix it?

 

list of offers from estate agent: some offers are to sell, other offers are to buy means a market is firm. that's literally what they do so the estate agent often encourages you to move offers the wrong way.
