Did not expect that. If you’re lighter but “softer” that suggests you lost some LBM and added a bit of fat. Did you change your routine during that time, or do you think the keto diet played a role in this outcome?
shoot... for me keto is hitting 40-50 NET carbs a day and you were at 6? Sounds like starvation than keto ha ha
Not 6 grams of carbs....you would be over that with a cup of veggies. 50 net carbs is about 75 - 80 total carbs when fiber is taken into account. I admire him for trying to hit 6 which I could understand for 14 days of cutting with NO lifting at all.
That’s quite commendable for you to keep the consistency on and achieve your target within the desired time frame.
