Right because showing up to the Capitol with a noose and attempting to murder Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi shows the Republican Party is the party of peace, love and happiness.

    You are a slimy debater
    I never talked about majorities
You only bring that up to prove an indirect point to the conversation

This is your comment from earlier in the thread
Politicians and people from the confederate states have historically been the most racist, from the 1800s to today.Democrat party no longer represents the confederate states though.
You say Democratics no longer are a factor in these states
But to argue a new point you say they control southern cities

    You having no overriding philosophy
every point you make is only to counter the immediate point you don't like

If you try to connect the points you make, the only comprehensive philosophy is that you are filled with hate and will say anything just to try to win each point in your own mind

I said no such thing.Racist whites are still the majority in southern states even though the best parts of those states are the democrat cities.

I’m still surprised to find out the KKK weren’t actually a bunch of racists but a rainbow flag waving club for southern gay men. It’s just crazy. Thanks for the info @Mercor

I counter bullshit points republicans try to make.Like trying to argue that 2021 democrats is the same as the 1800s democrats or a 2% increase in blacks moving to black southern democrat cities is some kind of proof that blacks support the republican party, you know, the bullshit you are trying to argue in this thread.

Blacks dont like republicans and know they are the party of racists. They know the 2021 democrat party is not the same as the 1800s democrat party no matter how much republicans like you try to lie and say it is thats why they vote 92% democrat.

Let's cover a bit of history to provide some context.

After the Civil War - blacks in the South were left impoverished. For most the only way to earn a living was as a poor sharecropper on the farms of their former masters. Of course, the general economy in the South was is a disastrous situation as well. On top of all of this they had to contend with being treated as second class citizens by Southerners -- despite efforts by Republicans from the North (aka carpetbaggers) to improve their situation in terms of voting, etc from 1866 to 1890. The situation for blacks in the South deteriorated as time moved forward -- by the 1930s it was effectively complete repression in many states with Jim Crow laws and other restrictions.

Due to this many of the blacks in the South moved to the North -- especially from 1910 to 1970. This is known as the Great Migration. The North had plentiful manufacturing jobs at much better pay and represented strong economic opportunity for blacks -- plus a much better environment in terms of their treatment in regards to civil rights than the South.

In recent years we have seen blacks moving back to the South -- in a Reversal of the Great Migration. There are numerous cities in the South with strong job markets in tech, banking, pharma, and other industries coupled with reasonable housing markets with strong suburban schools that represent real opportunities for blacks -- so there has been a migration back to the South. Cities such as Raleigh/Durham, Charlotte, Atlanta and others in the South have been key destinations for blacks for many recent years.

Again this is not about how many are not moving
Of the Blacks that are moving and where says a lot about the political condition of a state

Black population in Atlanta has fallen
Again you mouth of with a snap assumptions just to prove the last point wrong..with no research

Meanwhile, Atlanta has seen the fastest growth in the proportion of whites in the city than any other US city. The white population grew from 31% to 38% from 2000 to 2010.

At least get your facts correct before trying to make your ridiculous arguments.

Metro Atlanta continues to drive Georgia’s population growth, according to the latest U.S. Census Bureau data.

The state’s population in 2018 was about 10.5 million, information released Thursday shows, a growth of 8% since 2010.

The core metro Atlanta counties -- Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett -- gained 12% more residents in the same time period.

Demographic details provided by the census reveal a familiar theme: the minority population is growing fastest.

The white population in the four-county area grew by 3.8%, up to 1.4 million.

The black population has grown 17% since 2010 to reach 1.3 million, the Latino population 14% to 440,000, and the Asian population 31% percent to 276,000, census numbers say.
