Historical Return Dow?

Ive been looking for the average historical return on the dow but I keep getting conflicting numbers, anyone have something accurate for me?

 

with or without dividends?

without dividends, and non-inflation and inflation adjusted.

Nice chart, I was more looking for a single statistic though in terms of %age.
