I'm using Cybertrader Pro, and would like to backtest an event-style trading strategy manually, e.g. look at intraday and charts for nyse/nasdaq stocks from a while back. For example: a 1 or 15 minute bar chart for the period 03/04/2006 to 03/11/2006 (just an example). As far as I understand, this is not possible with the CT software, it only shows data up to present. I used to have Nextrend several years back, and it was possible to select other time intervals with their software, all the way back to 90-something, but the company is out of business it seems. Which other softwares offers this option? I've noticed Ensign uses feed from CT, does it have this feature? Any concerns with logging into CT from another company's software? thanks
