Historical Data Releases

Discussion in 'Data Sets and Feeds' started by traderguy02, Dec 8, 2005.

  1. I was wondering if anyone knew of a website that may post past data releases and info (ex. payroll, durable goods, CPI, etc.). This would be great for explaining some of the historical price movement in the price data I am viewing.

    thanks

  2. How far back do you want to be able to go? Most online calendars I've seen don't allow you to view even the previous week, unless you enjoy playing around with Google Cache search.

Up to about 6 months back here, currently since mid-June:

An excellent, global calendar, BTW, from a trader's perspective, and I've tried many.

  3. thanks...

  4. i would like to go back a couple of years...6 months is certainly better than nothing

  5. Yeah, more than 6 months would be very helpful indeed. If anyone knows of such a calendar / website, even if not free, please share...
