I want to test a new strategy out on the SPY. What is the cheapest and best way to get historical data in realtime? I would prefer not to have to download the data, load it up into a charting software, and scroll.....but if thats the cheapest, then I'm all ears.... I use InstaQuote so I don't have a real charting system that can import data, so please recommend this as well. thank you!!!
