Historic Queen Anne mansion listed for $7.8M

It's a very pretty house, but I notice that even on the pictures where it's day outside they have to turn on the lights for there to be enough illumination to take the pictures.

 

On .27 acres. Why have a mansion with no space outside? But I guess city folks aren't really the outdoorsy types anyway.

 

There is some sort of a lawn at the front. Or is that not part of the property?

 

That small patch of grass? I wouldn't exactly call that a lawn.

 

I suspect that when it was built, it sat on a reasonably sized property.

 

True, it is pretty small, especially considering how big the house is.
