hiring and managing traders

  1. I would like to make a correction:

"And after one year, LLC buys a $500k brand new house to live in-rent free." should be:

"After one and a half year, LLC buys a $750k brand new house to live in-rent free, but utilities are paid by renters."

  3. Whow, go to your basement and jerk off more. Seriously. Yes, I have good experience with ex military types. Second in command in my company is ex french foreign legion. Some of us have a real life, not just your jerk off in the basement comments.

And I don't move to a half a million NSA-Dollar house because guess what - it does not suite me, moron. I am happy where I am.

proprietary traders at the big firms will get about 10% of what they made for the firm in a year. could be plus or minus depending on how well the whole firm does.

hedge funds will typically ask for 20% from their investors on any profits they make (on top of 2% of total assets under management). and it's dubious whether on average people benefit from investing in such a fund.

setting the baseline much higher than that is a losing proposition for you. if you pay your traders 40% when they're up, and you can't take anything back when they're down, you'd have to expect an unrealistic level of consistency from them if you plan on making a profit.

  6. Only people with IQ at room temperature would believe handle123's fabulous story.

You were a soldier. That explains it all.

Hey, soldier, Saddam has WMD, go and catch him!

  7. A firm that is so giving, I saw something like that when I reviewed a Google Employment package. Google has chefs and cooks who prepare the best food for their employees, you can hire Malto Mario or Paula Dean to cook for your team? Paula Dean is available at a reduce rate if most of your traders are White! All the benefits you are giving are beyond what Goldman Sachs and other Trading firms will pay their basic employees. CNBC had a poor Executive Trader who barely made $500,000 after thirteen years with the firm, that's Goldman Sachs, how can you afford to provide all these perks.

Stevie Cohen and George Soros were tight with money and bonus package and you are so generous. GreedyTrader, I think we might have this guy wrong, he might be the Santa Claus or Percy Ross of Day Trading Firms and loves to give money.

  9. the guy is a pillar of his community, he hired a ton of people (I don't know why Americans use a ton for just about anything, but to meet their tastes, I am going to use it too) and give them $500k brand-new house to live in, rent free!!!!

He gave them free things, bonuses, threw parties for them, pay for escort services, dental insurance, life insurance, etc.

He gave them 10 year contracts and pay them no matter whether they lose money or continously losing money. He is so rich and than he just doesn't care if they lose money, and he still pays them every month.

It is in their contract with me, I don't give them anything for free, I am a rotten bastard to work for, I expect performance overall and it they don't live up to what I expect, they are fired as I have already fire several this year. No to escort service, they all married and have mean ass wives on their tail to keep awake. The offices they trade out of whether home or my building, they are on camera when they trade so I don't have to leave my office.
I will pop in whenever I need.
