Her own campaign gives her only a 10% chance. She must be wondering ......."wtf just happend?"

Her own campaign acknowledges there is no way that she will finish ahead in pledged delegates. That means the only way she wins is if Democratic superdelegates are ready to risk a backlash of historic proportions from the party’s most reliable constituency.

  2. Arnie, have you been in a coma this week? She's picked up 10-14 points on Obama.

Do the math..........she can't win. The only way would be for the super delegates to back her, which would cause an all out war.

PS. I would LOVE to see her do that. But I don;t think she will. My bet is she bows out after Pennsylvania

  4. Maybe a dead cat bounce?

PORTLAND, Ore. - Bill Richardson, the nation's only Hispanic governor, threw his support behind Barack Obama for president Friday, delivering one of the most coveted and tightly held endorsements in the race for the Democratic nomination.

  5. Yep, she's picked up points alright, but unless Obama completely implodes, there is no way she catches him in delegates or popular vote. This is because Florida is not going to be a do over. For the numbers to work, she would have to slaughter him by double digits everywhere she is ahead, and dramatically cut into his leads in states where he is ahead. Very unlikely, and this is just for popular vote. Everyone pretty much concedes she won't catch him in delegates.

Dean has already said that the super delegates should pick the person with the most votes. How much influence that screaming wacko has has yet to be seen however.

BTW, Obama scares the crap out of me. I am no fan. I am just regurgitating the latest from all the political shows today (3-21: CNN, MSNBC, FOX). I think either of the two Dems are going to have a hard time vs McCain. Amazing how shit changes so fast.

  6. Not a chance. She'll win PA by 35 pts.

Obama will NEVER win the nomination. Not with what his hypotheticals vs. McCain look like. She's won virtually every big state. Most of the states Obama picked up in Dem ptrimary/caucus votes, he can't win in Nov. (MS, SC, WY ect)

I hope it's Obama because he'll get spanked ala' McGovern in the general. :p

  7. Not to mention Ohio and Florida. No way Obama wins there even without this Reverend Wright crap.

Without FL and OH, Dems lose, period.

Well, there is only one way she can win (the dem nomination, that is). And that would be the death knell for the Democrat party.

  9. Well Arnie the Dem's deserve it. They've been running wacko whites in blackface since the 60's. Now Blacks want the real thing.

I have too much class to be a Democrat. Perhaps if I were black. Or Mexican. Or gay. Or a socialist Jew. Or a teacher/government worker living off the peoples dime.

    I'm Libertarian.

    Don't tread on me.

  10. It's going to be interesting. The Clintons will risk riots in the Street to win. We all know it.

But Wright doomed the Dems in the general election. White folks will mobilize like never before. The only two white guys who'll vote for him are Mathews and Olberman.

I think it'll be great when Hillary loses. What great press. It'll be like trailer trash fightin over who stays and who leaves. It'l be like a "Cops" episode. She'll toss Bill like a small salad. Great theater.

Really. Is this the best we can do as a country? Obama and Billery???
