Alex Jones channel goes bonkers over Vegas ‘false flag’: ‘A new civil war is coming to overthrow government’

David Knight, host of a morning program on Alex Jones’ Infowars channel, suggested on Monday that the massacre in Las Vegas could be a false flag operation designed to strip Second Amendment gun rights from Americans.

During his morning broadcast, Knight reported on the breaking news that over 50 had been killed and over 400 injured by a shooter in Vegas.

According to Knight, the government — and especially the Democrats — are suspected of planning “false flag” events to influence legislation in Congress.

You mean like the "class" that you and others have on this thread ? As one of the most successful women in the US, she has a right to state her opinion on this or any other event and be heard. Sure, she's not the President. The President is the guy who tweeted he more or less wanted to blow up North Korea. There aren't enough women making statements in your country. Which of course is a contributing factor to all the wars and divisiveness involving your country.

Pat Robertson, the famed televangelist from the long-running 700 Club show, claimed on Monday in the aftermath of the Las Vegas attack that the deadliest mass shooting in American history was caused by people disrespecting the president and the flag.

As pointed out by Hemant Mehta at Patheos’ “The Friendly Atheist” column, Robertson said “violence in the streets” could be explained by a lack of “controlling” and “biblical” authority in the United States.

“Why is it happening?” Robertson asked his audience. “The fact that we have disrespect for authority; there is profound disrespect for our president, all across this nation they say terrible things about him. It’s in the news, it’s in other places. There is disrespect now for our national anthem, disrespect for our veterans, disrespect for the institutions of our government, disrespect for the court system. All the way up and down the line, disrespect.”

“Until there is biblical authority,” Robertson continued, “there has to be some controlling authority in our society and there is none. And when there is no vision of God, the people run amok … and we have taken from the American people the vision of God, the whole idea of reward and punishment, an ultimate judge of all our actions, we’ve taken that away. When there is no vision of God, the people run amok.”
