has anyone heard about this flap?

What's lost in the ruckus, is that's how she introduces herself!

Have we become so politically correct, that it's a 'hate crime' to quote a senator's self introduction???

' Washington May 18th - “I am delighted to be the Senator from Punjab as well as from New York” said Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and the former first lady of the United States of America. She received a standing ovation and thunderous applause from the Sikh Americans who had gathered in the Senate side of the Capitol Hill on May 17th for the Sikh American Heritage Dinner Event in Washington, DC. Isn't the Indian community asking to have it both ways? On the one hand 'in your face' chest beating about their political power, but 'hurt feelings minority' should anyone else dare mention it.

A Senator should never introduce themselves as the senator from anywhere but the state that elected them. Particulary so, if she's a 'carpetbagger' to being with. It's fair game to call her the Senator from Punjab, because she calls herself that.

What about the feelings of the New York citizen who got their job outsourced, or faces discrimination in the workplace, (as Senator Durbin claims), and has their Senator say she's from the place that's doing it?

The evidence of Sen Clinton's complcity with outsourcing is overwhelming.
