This is just CNN mucking around. For reasons that no one fully understands yet, CNN gave the word out to its reporters/hosts/whatever about three weeks ago that is was OKAY to trash Joe Biden and indeed there have been some notable examples of that. Some commentators think that it is because it is bad enough that Biden is failing but he exacerbates it several levels by saying (along with Kamala) that he will be running in 2024, apparently not getting the message that he needs to move along. And I have heard some say that the permission to pull the plug on Biden is a result of Zucker being moved out and the new guy giving different signals to the crew. So I think you can pretty much expect to see more CNN articles/reports under the guise of "we are not saying this but are just reporting on what others are saying." CNN and MSNBC also have some hefty rounds of "some people are talking about Gavin Newsom" going too.
