This tool is a high risk of trojans and spyware. It set off all kinds of alarms on my machine and network. I have completely removed it at the root. I suggest you find something else.

 

go to dos, and use tracert from there (if you're on windows).

 

Megaslow. I use Earthlink broadband. Any recommendations?

Yeah but that probably cost $150usd a month. I think my Earthlink dsl should be faster that this.

Anyone else use Earthlink?

Should I switch to Comcast??

The only thing is I've had this email for a very long time so if I switch I think I lose the email address..
