this washington post article was pretty informative: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...ol-looks-like/2012/06/13/gJQAnz3WaV_blog.html apparently there was no actual gang threat at that school, there were simply violating that kid's 1st amendment rights because of something that may or may not happen.
this is exactly what I am saying. This is what he is saying and he is presenting the math... and explaining the math.
there is jem struggling with reasoning again. What you say he means, can't be what he, as a mathematician, means. Neither is he presenting math that is explaining a probability. When someone says chances are... whatever... that is not explaining the math. sheesh The vid is truncated. You're content to be mislead by that. His lecture continued to show how so called fine tuning is explained by a cyclic universe.
he states very clearly what he means... i need not say anything more. other famous physicists have cited this calculation as one of the many fine tunings in the universe. I have presented the math that went into the number here to you on et so... you are completely full of shit.
Susskind says in this video He state there are 4 possibilities to explain the knife's edge fine tuning... guess what one explanation is... 1. God (that is correct... susskind says it) 2. luck 3. megaverse/ multiverse 4. someday find a theory of everything. http://www.closertotruth.com/video-...Tuned-for-Life-and-Mind-Leonard-Susskind-/431 Stu you have been proven wrong on a cosmic level to an epic degree. and you have been lying your ass off for 7 years. did you enjoy it.
Indeed he does continue to state clearly what he means...and it's not what you say he means. There is no math or mathematical calculation, only an assumption being lunged at by creationist types such as yourself, from a set of valuesâ¦so probably best if you didn't say anything more. You've sounded ridiculous enough already.
Lol. Do you even listen to these religious interview vids ? Intro: Leonard Susskind Author, The Cosmic Landscape: String theory and the Illusion of Intelligent Design. There's his clue right there for #1 on the list. He explained only #3 / megaverse. The one which he said had mathematics and physics and some string theory to back it up. You're confused. I'm not wrong or lying because you are . Hope that helps. So to summarize your pretty much non-argument as a tunerist... Science shows how nature has a giant quantity of equally unlikely sets of cosmological constants which occur naturally and because one set did occur, it couldn't have. Like that's ever gonna work.
As a tuning denialist... you are grasping at speculative faith to deny reality. alternate universes are not even scientific theory. They are speculation. They require as much faith as a tuner. ---- Susskind says in this video He state there are 4 possibilities to explain the knife's edge fine tuning... guess what one explanation is... 1. God (that is correct... susskind says it) 2. luck 3. megaverse/ multiverse 4. someday find a theory of everything. http://www.closertotruth.com/video-...d-Susskind-/431 Stu you have been proven wrong on a cosmic level to an epic degree. and you have been lying your ass off for 7 years. did you enjoy it.
So like I said. If you ask the top relevant scientists to this argument whether they believe in God, the vast majority would say no. If pressed to ask whether this means there is no possibility of God, those same scientists would say no, there is no way we can say that with 100% confidence. And Susskind is an example.
