no, i am not a vegan. now answer my question. does the "beef steak", or animal, occupy the greatest portion of your calories?
thank you no, it does not...I rarely eat red meat, if anything, it's chicken/turkey... BUT chances are I do it for a different reason than yours...?
ok, you're still avoiding honesty but does "chicken/turkey" occupy the greatest amount of cals, and why? why are you so afraid of your answer?
I would say the chicken/turkey amounts to about 200cal a day, why? ok, honestly...I care very much about the way I look....beef has too many calories, can't eat it if want to keep my calories in check. But I don't believe it's bad for you? way too tasty....
too many cals compared to what? a carrot? spinach? you know the truth, that's why WE both eat mostly plants. what's your prob with admitting it? what do you hide from?
No, the body make its own cholesterol, (we need cholesterol) but it needs saturated fat to do that. I am not saying anyone have to eat animals fat to get saturated fat, that can come from some oils of plants, but I am saying the saturated fat from animals is not so bad. So I am not saying we need animal products to get saturated fat, I am saying animal products are not a bad source of saturated fat that people need. No one is saying it is ok to eat a whole cow in one day. If you are vegetarian killthesunshine, I am not saying that is unhealthy. You get your saturated fat from some kind of oil you eat. But that does not mean that eating some meat for saturated fat is bad. I eat mixture of vegetable and fruit, some beans, rice, and meat, Beef, pork, chicken. I am not fat. I walk and ride my bike too.
