  1. You say to not eat ANY meat. That is extreme reaction to saturated fat. Why did you come to that conclusion to eat no meat for optimum health?

  3. Here is what you say killthesunshine. But we are going away from the thread question of statins to lower LDL. To me it looks like this. No one has proved that high LDL (causes) heart disease. But they tell people to lower thier saturated fat from animal foods, to lower LDL. And they prescribe statins to do this on the premise of LDL is cause of heart attack. But cholesterol is good for the body.
    I do not know how much meat is good to eat, but I would not say to not eat meat because of saturated fat, because everyone needs some saturated fat for health. That is proven.

    yes, I buy it at Whole Foods....I also saw the culturing stuff for sale, but I thought it only works with unpasteurized raw milk?

    so where is the proof we need to eat it.


    don't direct me to a website, give me YOUR proof we need animal products for its sat fat content.
