eat filet occasionally just don't eat more than 3 ounces. they are taking you out to poison you??!! and you knowingly submit??
my cat eats 3 ounces... trying every cool place around the area.....guess I'm immune (must be the meat :eek: )
I've yet to see a healthy vegan. EVER. They gave some fruitcake his own show on the food network where he only endorses eating raw, vegan foods, and the guy filmed himself having a medical emergency because he collapsed trying to do a 12k. Every vegan I've ever seen looks like they're undergoing chemo. I do believe in low cal, healthy dietary restrictions, but animal proteins should be on the menu.
Animal protein should be on the menu, do you have a good reason for this assertion in terms of physiology? Or is this just another empty assertion by someone that doesn't want to give up his bacon cheeseburgers? How many Vegans have you seen? 20? 50?
