  3. where are you going with this?

that you need lots of meat for growth and repair? of what?

vegertarians live as long or longer than meat eaters. aren't they being repaired too from the amino acids in their plant diets??

how about all the sat fat and cholesterol associated with meat? is that bad?/

where are you going with this?

do you think even more than a few might croak prematurely from eating too much fat??

  4. Nothing wrong with meat for excellent complete protein and saturated fat. We need complete protein, saturated fat, and carbohydrates in the body.
Eat too much, and that is not good.

  5. every plant is a complete protein. every plant has lots of carbs (meat has none). sat fat in meat has reams of evidence implicating its consumption with chronic disease esp heart disease. (plants have none)

so, i have no clue what you are babbling about, enjoy that 'complete protein carb containing sat fat double cheeseburger , dont forget the BIGGIE fries :D :D :D

  6. I am not saying to eat double cheeseburger and big french fries.
And I am not saying only eat meat. I am saying eat fruits and vegetables and some meat is healthy. I cook at home most all of my food and not mcdonalds. My grandfather eats my cooking and he has no heart disease. Some saturated fat is good and needed.

  8. Don't take this personally, because it's not meant to be, but when it comes to nutrition or science, that lone sentence I quoted of yours completely shreds any scintilla of credibility you may have ever held.

  9. Milk the cow and drink it fresh. Or buy raw milk from local farmers. Easily digestible and high nutrient value.

I did it a few times as a young boy, definitely did not like it, but then, kids only like junk food & sweets at that age.
