3 months ago i paid 6k for it. I just went online and priced out the same one and it came to 5200. You are right I will have to settle for around 4400 for it, but it is a good deal for the next owner of it. I have a whole package of CPUs, monitors, and desk and would put a great deal together for someone looking to buy the whole package. I am always willing to discuss price within reason for both parties involved. Thank you for the heads up on current pricing.
I picked up the 2405fpw for $680 with tax earlier this week (ie. brand new, not refurb). Trading is not complicated. I run everything right now from a 2G processor and rarely notice lag... Then again, I'm a techie and can work with pretty much whatever machine I have. It's just a matter of data sufficiency and balance. I would bid for your machine BUT, I like the fact that since I travel often, my entire setup are an on the go type of components that easily fit into the overhead bin type of luggage (ie. no baggage check in)...
nastyer you're insane. those 1905's are $250 each brand new with coupons. i just bought an awesome dell e510 with 2 gig of ram and a duo intel prococcessor and the awesome fp 2007 ultrasharpe monitor ($510 on it's own) plus 2 dual. head video cardsw which gives me 6 monitor hookup all for $960. i could buy your whole system brand new for udner $2500
