I'm looking for some of the stocks with the best daily price movement (high beta). Your ideas would be helpful, also does the WSJ or IBD have this info in their papers. Thanks. Rennick
You can screen for beta with the yahoo screener: http://screen.finance.yahoo.com/stocks.html No doubt there are many other screeners that will also do it.
There is a list of stocks with large average daily range in percent and another list of stocks with large average daily range in points at investment-tools.com.
