People should not have the illusion that they can drive the LAPD off!! Some Bradely appointee idiot on the police commission made the rounds of the precincts and told them the plan was to not stop the rioters, not make them upset! The precincts that got the message had terrible destruction, the precincts that didn't get the message nipped it all in the bud...
