I run my trading on a KISS orientation. The evening EOD stuff on dailies or the fractal for monitoring helps. You can see what "formations" means and what "Trends" means from these. Three stocks are illustrated. I have the others as you would expect. When I am going in or out I get partial fills so I run on T&S to see the pieces coming through. I may run on 1 min maybe.
his means the order is a mess. Sorry, they each got rejected too. i have to slow down the ET pace. thisis second one.
Attached is a little thumbnail I view as the day goes by. These babies like to roll. there is the opening element when they jump right out. the 9:30 to 10 time. You pick up a couple of % there. next comes getting to a solid place by noon on volume momentum. It may be a little sluggish until the last 45 min of day but if you have FRV rolling the stocks are going to be driven pretty good. three things happen at the end of the day. All three push the stocks up. I have commented before on them but I will list them again here: 1. fund ops end 2. day traders get out 3. bottom fishing finishes the day. People keep saying this is the same old shit, etc; we know all this. Great, you can stop repeating yourselves, then. I do not want any stupid losers comments here in this thread. you just post bullshit and whimpering pussy talk anyway. look at the attachments and do not ask for calrification if you are one of the pussies who rides my ass. All people who are working to learn can keep me up all night if you want. You can see this stuff from these attachments and it should get you to ask q's for further clarification. The scale on the right goes from -5% to +15% FYI. This is what I wanted to do today if I had gotten the lists soon enough.
Thanks for the examples, just sitting down at the computer now, schedule is a little off right now, I will get with it pronto.
I will have someone get the glossary reference on here for you. because it is long, it is best to go to one of the sites that carries it. You need to know three basic volumes to make money. Volume is a leading indicator of price. If you know this, then you really get rich fast. Imagine you want to know ahead of time that the price is going to BO. It makes it easy to make money. The volume before the price breaks out is DU. Dry Up volume. You have charts that show the volume before the price Breaks out. You look at the size roughly and see the value. It is not a % of average volume taken over a period of time. The FRV is the volume for the first day of the BO. First Rising Volume. You have charts that show the volume the day the price Breaks out. You look at the size roughly and see the value. Peaking volume. This is the volume required to drive the price to the peak. You have charts that show the volume as the price peaks. You look at the size roughly and see the value. Because you can find these answers you have the holy grail after all. Just buy and sell when the volume tells you to. that is the secret not written in ET anywhere apparently of people would do it and be rich instead of like trend fader and trendy. I thought I had posted the glossary before this, sorry. A reference will show up soon. about 10,000 people keep binders already so one of them will get you to one of the many web sites out there in English.
Jack, Okay, so the DU volume must be matched or exceeded before 11.00 am eastern. Now when that happens, what trigger would you use to go long the stock? If the stock on your HotList passes the DU volume test by 11:00 am, do you automatically buy it, or are you waiting for another event to happen? What are the other things that you take into consideration? Thanks, gotta_trade
So please post those people's techniques whereby profits are made in all markets under all conditions, 100% of the time. I'll wait. You didn't quote the remainder of dkm's post, where he sums up his experience by stating, "Having said that, I firmly believe that Jack's method has a lot to offer."
