Cain's point is being lost in attempt to mock him. Whether it's three pages or six or ten, isn't it a good idea that the president actually read and understand what he is signing? Isn't the same true for congress? No one actually read the obamacare bill. I guess that's not as important as mocking Cain though, since it only concerned 17% of our entire economy or something like that. We're still finding landmines hidden in that 1000+page monstrosity. Cain is not a polished politician, which is part of his appeal. Occasionally his rhetoric gets ahead of practicality. Kind of like when obama solemnly promised that no lobbyists would be in his administration. Of course, the media looked the other way when he immediately broke that promise.
Not anything of significance, no. But I can count pretty well. And the Declaration was written on a single piece of parchment.
