    2. She made statements that were in detail about Mr. Cain.

    3. The statements were made in front of witnesses, and recorded.

    4. If the statements are false, then she did this:

    n.
    1. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.
    2. A false and malicious statement or report about someone.


    This is an actionable offense in a civil court of law.

  9. A lawsuit can be filed for just about anything. Go back and re-read my earlier question. I asked how do you PROVE slander in court in a he said, she said case?

    Also, what about Obama? Why didn't he sue Larry Sinclair?
