More deaths is the best long term approach? "But a far higher death toll per capita than its Nordic neighbours has led Norway, Denmark and Finland — all of whom locked down — to open their borders to each other but keep them closed to Sweden." https://www.ft.com/content/7ecd5ded-9b90-4052-b849-0e153f701e1f WTF is wrong with you dumb Cons, do you morons do any research other than swallowing whatever Fox News tells you?
Herd immunity works—if you don’t care how many people die https://fortune.com/2020/07/27/herd-immunity-coronavirus-covid-sweden/
Less deaths long term is the correct approach. Sweden has it right although I cannot agree with how they let the elderly die, but of course, we did that here too, most notably in NY.
Unfortuantely that is the way that this works. The vulnerable should be locked down while the rest of the population should continue on with their lives. They develop herd immunity which then further aids the vulnerable. Life is imperfect.
Do you have a little pull string on your back? It won't be less deaths in the long term compared to their Nordic neighbours but keep dreaming enough will die to vindicate you.
Depends on when we get a decent vaccine, I am surprised at how well it seems to be going on getting a vaccine quickly. Could be wrong, but I think we get it sooner than initially expected.
For this strain. ---and a lot of folks won't take it. In my view, herd immunity is the answer as we don't know if we can count on a vaccine or not. Again, it would not surprise me to hear that 125 million Americans have so far had Wuhan-19 .
Open up a map and try to locate Norway, Denmark and Finland next time before spouting more gibberish.
