This should go in the Politics forum?? Here's the deal in Iraq, clear as Hell: On 911, Bush and his admin were prompted into action. Old agreements were hammered down on Saddam in Iraq resulting in Bush sending the US military to basically arrest Saddam for broken Desert Storm treaties forced upon him. The apprehension of Saddam was the goal of Bush, he announcing "Mission Accomplished" after Saddam was in custody. That was it - The End. Over a year later, 130k US troops are fighting the most bloody war since Vietnam and losing their objective to "bring freedom and democracy to the middle east starting with Iraq." Simply because, as a whole Arabs are not democratic, they live unto themselves, having "Allah" as their god and following the Islamic religion of revenge and violence in their Arabic brotherhood. Therefore, the equation becomes: The War that CANNOT be won because no "war" was ever planned upon and officially entered into. This is just fighting. Endless, senseless fighting and deaths, civilian mainly. What's the Deal in Iraq? Endless fighting, killings and bloodshed. Reason and cause? There IS none. Nor will there ever be. dRaWdOwN
