You (or and outside honest friend/realtor) need to look hard at the price and product...

I can understand the needing to upgrade more, but "now isn't a great time time to sell"? I keep reading it's a seller's market because of the shortage of homes out there. People getting into bidding wars for the right place. That's what you need to assure...That YOUR home is "the right place". Make it a gem.
Lol yes Baron you guys are family.... but I filed for divorce and she's not agreeing to sell... so realtor has to delist til we get court order to sell ... silver lining is ok upgrade counters
Let her have the house as part of the property settlement. It will look like a concession, and you wouldn't have to go through the hassle of more upgrades and the sale.
