According to Scalia, implementing torture to get information prior to a conviction is not a punishment...therefore it must be a reward for possibly having information that may or may not exist and be helpful? Following his logic, you can do anything to anybody as long as you don't call it punishment... No wonder this guy is such an evil fuck...no wonder the right wing worships him.
