Help with Genesis C++ API

    I am using VS 2005 and am getting a

    Cannot connect to the executor!

    Error when running the application TestAPI...I was told to change the port and did that but still have problems with the connection...

    Anyone have any thoughts?

    The api comes with local settings and only had to change the ports and ips...
