I am looking to buy a wireless headphone system to connect to my bedroom t.v. My late night t.v. watching sometimes wakes up my girl. 1) Should I get a radio frequency set or infrared set? 2) Anyone have a good or bad experience with a certain brand? Thanks in advance for any help.
I got some RCA's used from Ebay. They were rf wireless and I loved them. The reviews and tech specs were really good. They had a base unit that was a charger and transmitter and some really comfortable and very high fidelity headphones. I got two more complete sets off Ebay, one of them, the charger did not work but it was fine, I used the two headsets with one charger and transmitter attached to the entertainment center and the other setup I took to work. I don't recall any problems with interference at all, I think they had a dial to change the frequency in the case of an interferning signal...
