I need some help, I just graduated from DePaul with a Finance degree and now I want to trade. I want to find a company that has awesome training and does their best to groom applicants into professional traders. I was offered a position at Tower Hill Trading, but declined because I didnt think they would train me well. Can anyone give me a list of great firms that are looking for bright people, help me out PLEASE!!
