I need to reformat my C: due to a virus infection, before doing so, I was just wondering if there are files that I can backup so that I won't need to setup everything again after the formatting. (my charts, data, hot keys, .. the list goes on, just the thought of having to adjust everything to norm is driving me nuts ! Are there such a file from the TWS and MQT folders? Any help is appreciated
For complete TWS recovery you can make a copy of the JTS folder. (It's about 5MB) or if this is to much just copy the setting files. All your settings are in a subfolder. You can look for [.lyt] files hotkeys.lyt layout.lyt etc Hope this helps
