Help needed - I overtrade after 11am

what exactly is discipline?
i wonder if, when he started traded, he always made money till 9 am from day one?

Confront the problem head-on... Learn or burn... for a week, START YOUR DAY at 11am.

 

Trade later in the day, but lower your position sizes down to 50%, or even 20%.

Then you get the fix and can play, but won't destroy any AM profits.

 

what i am trying to say is that through your hard work you learned to be profitable till 11 am.

now learn to be profitable till 4 pm.

nowadays you know it we have it good....we have sim/demo ....

when i started trading i give an order to my broker he can only confirm it after trading closes and he comes out of ring maybe 7 hours later
