I am looking to trade europen options on stock GLE (Societe Generale). I am trying to write some call options for the stock. However, the euronext website is messy. Who can give some help for step by step information used on IB TWS? Thanks.
1) On a new symbol line enter GLE and hit "Enter" 2) On menu select: Option > All. 3) Click on "MONEP" in the exchange window (to filter out all other exchanges) 4) Then select contracts ending with digit "3" if you want European style options. (contracts for american style options end with "1") You can also tell the european options apart by the multiplier (i.e. number "10") in the last column. 5) Click "OK" at the bottom.
