Your english is just fine. Compared to the people who are in the US illegally, and protesting an Arizona law, holding up signs in spanish, your english is a breath of fresh air! Yes, only in America... Illegal aliens telling everyone they're illegal, and holding up protest signs in another language... Anyhow, if your boss is that bad, I would bail. As one poster stated, a non-compete contract can be enforced, BUT it is NOT legal for the contract to state you can't trade (meaning make a living.) What is enforcable is if you were to go on your own and start a similar trading firm, hire employees from the former firm, etc., Wish you the best of luck!
