There are many of these out there. I decided to see how one of them worked. User Bancorp is who I went with. So far I've been happy with their service. They were able to undstand what I needed and was there to provide answeres. The only question was that the fee's for the account were not as clear as they could be. You have to closely read the terms. I felt for what I was given it was reasonable. They have on line banking and funds have always been available.
