I agree, and I sympathize with their problem. However, I wonder how many other people just hide under that umbrella. For example, when I am in a restaurant or even a coffee shop, I typically see obviously overweight people eat the very foods that got them to be the way they are. Perhaps because I do not have their genetic problem I cannot empathize fully. However, I have a very robust appetite also. I eat a lot and am frequently hungry. But I choose my foods somewhat more wisely and I work out. Perhaps if the truly afflicted people would endeavor to eat less fried foods, large deserts and so on, and make other, more sensible choices, even if they are larger portions, then I would probably better empathize with their predicament of insatiable hunger. Also, I'm guessing that most people who waddle to the lunch counter probably aren't that familiar with the inside of a gym. So, while there may be true genetic cases, I suspect that there are a lot more imposters hiding behind a convenient excuse.
no question and of course a very large (pun intended) problem is processed and "fast" foods. If we chose to only eat what we prepare using fresh ingredients...problem would be solved!! For the majority including most likely this OP there is no secret...eat healthy small portions and get EXERCISE!!! its just that simple...the big problem is WILL POWER and DISCIPLINE and unfortunately I have no answer to that one
Is eating healthy as big a factor as working out/exercising? Or even if you eat relatively unhealthy and still work out/exercise will you lose the pounds?
Eating too much of the wrong foods and exercising is like washing your car with a dirty rag. It's not the best combination, and the outcome will probably not be commensurate with your effort.
If you burn more calories than you take in you lose weight. The problem with eating unhealthy is that you will eventually lack the energy and/or muscle power to do the kind of workouts needed to burn all the fatty unhealthy crap you eat. Poor nutrition will eventually show itself in dry lifeless hair (ok assuming you have hair ), poor skin tone etc...even if you are skinny.
Getting adequate exercise requires some will power. However, curbing a voracious appetite, or at least avoiding the wrong foods, has more to do with won't power than will power.
listen up I am angry and will use that to lose weight I was short today and still didn't make money you can search my post last night where I said I would be short but still made no money today AARRGGG I don't want to eat nothing now either get angry or fall in love I know falling in love for a trader is impossible
