Okay guys, for me to show you properly, I need to send you guys a large video. (600mb + ). I have a very fast connection so I don't mind uploading. We can do this through AIM. Just PM me your screen names and maybe I can set up a day (Friday, after 4pm) this week to send you guys the video. Oh and, I swear by this video. seriously. you know a lot about nutrition. you build up a problem
over years. you know it takes discipline to get out of it and you
expect a solution from outside, working within days? in two

of course you have a point

but I've learned in my time (keep in mind I have a very interesting history) that one should not assume logic can be followed blindly

for example logic dictates that DAXY is BSing, what video, why can't he just say what the solution is.

but because life has a tendency to surprise, it is best to first listen, if listening doesn't cost too much

that is what separates my intellect from most other smart asses

I could tell you things that would truly make you question everything, recorded history, our place in the universe, death etc
