There is an awful lot of bogus research nowadays. I don't believe any of it, at all. There are a couple of researchers that I trust to sort it out correctly, they have not looked into HGH at all so I am on my own. I picked the OxyHGH in an unscientific manner, I searched on GHR15 and followed a sponsored link to OxyHGH. I found that when I took it at night I woke up the next morning with less worries about the future... that was clue number one that it was working. I woke up with the mentality of a teenager, not much thoughts about the future, optimism, and a boner essentially. I had been working to build muscle for a year or more with no success at all. I had overcome some joint pain [incurable bursitis according to "science"] with Hyaluronic Acid and could work out without much downside regarding pain, but I was not getting stronger and I was not adding muscle. When I started using the OxyHGH to mimic the effects of a workout I was not capable of doing, I started adding muscle. Now I'm 63 years old [63.000 miles on me :)] and I can go to the park, shoot hoops for a warm up, do some inclined push ups, some pull ups with my feet resting on something, etc, I'm on the way to getting my strength back that I had when I was 25 essentially and I feel exactly the same about exercise as I did then, if I feel bored and lazy I do some exercise, I had that habit in my 20's but I just could not keep it up with age. It seems like I'll be able to lower the incline gradually and be doing real push ups and I only recently started the pull ups but I'm guessing I'll be doing regular pull ups in a year.

I can tell in the morning if I took the HGH or not after a big workout the day before, before even having a chance to think about it. If I took some, I don't feel the "tear down" effects, everything is good to go, if I did not take it I feel the "tear down" and I don't feel so good to go.

The HGH scares me, some old guys with prostate cancer were killed off by large doses of the stuff so I only take a small dose and only on a day after a good enough workout to where I feel "torn down". My theory is that a healthy body will spike up the HGH after a workout day after 10pm so I take a couple of the capsules far enough ahead of time so it might be in my system about that hour of the evening and I try to be in bed and asleep by that time.

One researcher, Doctor Lorraine Day, who cured herself of cancer with diet and rest, discovered in her research that people that are in bed by 10pm are markedly healthier than the rest of the population and that lots of the rebuilding goes on between 10pm and midnight, just a side note...

  2. Well, then I suppose that I will stay with psyllium. Paying 3 times the price for that percentage difference in soluble fiber content doesn't seem all that cost effective. Besides, I also read that insoluble fiber should not be overlooked, so the additional insoluble fiber in psyllium won't go to waste...so to speak.

  3. That's a healthy serving of anavar RA...1/3-1/2 of that would suffice! But if you are going to run a 50% caloric deficit for any length of time you will need everything you can to maintain lean mass.

    My .02 is:

*Daily Caloric Intake: 2x weight (lbs) - 500 calories (if you aren't 3 standard deviations away from your norm...lol)
*Hit the Psyllium Husk as mentioned earlier
    *2-3 grams of Fish Oils/day
    *Lift 3+ days/week
*Make compound lifts the foundation of your fitness plan.
    *Daily Multi-vitamin minus the Iron
    *Sleep 7+ hours/day
    *Eliminate stressful relationships

    :D

PS - T3...not for the average person.

  4. I had stressed it was not for the faint of heart. Anavar is extremely lipolytic, even at somewhat palliative doses. Minimal impact on HPTA at those doses. It's only 30mg for a 240lb male. Var is a great AAS for women as well.

The var allows a massive caloric shortfall w/o catabolism. The results are amazing.

I don't understand why T3 terrorizes people. The thyroid bounces back quickly from exogenous suppression. Simply eat cleanly and above maintenance when coming off the drug. The fish oil should be a staple of any nutritional plan. Be sure to buy molecularly-distilled EPA.

  5. Yeah Dog, no need for the Acacia, I simply prefer the consistency. The bulk from the insoluble fiber is obviously a benefit.

  7. Quick question for anyone here who may know about such matters. I have both read and heard some hype about oolong tea, which reportedly increases metabolism (to facilitate weight loss) and supresses appetite. Is there any substance to these claims?

  9. Green tea is implicated in weight loss. Now Foods makes a great CO2-decaffeinated green tea extract in capsules. Now's EGCg.
