Take a good workout every other day, take some growth hormone enhancer only on days with a workout about 7-8pm, you want it to be in your system and working before midnight.

    http://www.ghrproducts.com/

They call these things enhancers but essentially they all have bovine growth hormone in them. I know, I know, mad cow....... your stomach acid kills the stuff, ok?? The known side effects that I know of are that they gave large doses of the stuff to guys in their 70's that had prostate cancer and it spread, so don't go there... you can reduce your recovery time from a workout to just overnight pretty much, at least with regard to soreness. Growth hormone is what puts your body in the mode to repair itself and to reduce fat and increas muscle mass, just don't overdo it. My theory of taking it with a workout is to mimic nature but to tell your body that it had more of a workout than it really did. A workout that releases lots of human growth hormone will include squats at a weight that you can only repeat about 4-5 times, probably not that good for your knees in the long run. Just cycle everywhere, put your car in the garage, find a place to do pushups, pullups and shoot some hoops and if you get a lot of exercise on any particular day, take some enhancer. Supplement omega 3's, good for the body and the mind, and if your joints are stiff take some Hyaluronic Acid. Eat All Bran, read the ingredients and get the version with Psyllium Husk Fiber, and along with it eat plain cultured yogurt. That will get your intestines in good health in no time and you will be absorbing more of the nutrients you take in. Total cost to you: probably you will put money in your pocket, reduced car costs, the psyllium husk and yougurt will come out of your already existing food budget, a basketball and some weights from Wal Mart costs almost nothing... get it on.

  5. Yeah, 100% placebic value. The only secretagogues that show any efficacy are choline alfoscerate and L-Dopa. Arginine and Ornithine may have some use, but require absurd doses.

I looked at OxyHGH. Worthless product. 2g of unspecified aminos? The A-O combo requires at least 10x that dose to have any impact on pituitary release. Colostrum? Worthless. Tribulus is a test-booster.

I see no mention of BST or rBST in any of these products.

Maybe you are thinking of the penis enhancement stuff you bought? Or was it the smart pills??

Colostrum has the bovine growth hormone, which is so very close to the human growth hormone as to be indistinguishable. It has the same effect. All these "enhancers" are just wrappers for bovine growth hormone.

  9. http://www.hgh-naturalbiology.com/suggested_use.htm

    "Suggested Use for OxyHGH™

Take 2 OxyHGH™ tablets before going to bed on an empty stomach. An empty stomach is defined as having not eaten anything 2 hours prior to bed. If you can, take all 4 daily capsules at bedtime; otherwise, take the remaining 2 capsules first thing in the morning prior to breakfast.

You may double or even triple your capsule intake. We generally do not recommend more than 12 per day. "

LOL.. Please don't take more than 12 and realize that no matter how many of our shitty pills you take you'll never see any results...

You're still a dick atty.. lol

  10. Yeah, I'll send you some. It certainly couldn't hurt.

I am referring to a specific quantity of bST in the formulation. Colostrum, as it's used by these scammers, is nonspecific marketing BS to make you believe you're receiving a [very loosely-termed] therapeutic dose of bST, but God knows why you'd want the sh*t.

So bST is indistinguishable from hGH? It differs greatly in structure... as is apparent under a CD-spectrum analysis, et al. A dozen donuts isn't the same as a dozen eggs. In the 50s they began treating children with dwarfism with bST via injection, to no avail -- it has no biological effect in humans. OxyHGH's scientists must be without peer at protein folding.

Regarding delivery; I'd also love to hear how bST survives the GI-tract when hGH does not. You honestly believe the peptide survives digestion? If so, I've got some swamp-land you might like to purchase.
