  2. My problems have also happened within the last few weeks, so what has changed 3 weeks ago at e-signal?????

For those trading Eurex products, last week was the exchange issue. Everybody had problems.

We can conclude, based on replies of this thread, that those trading us futures products do not really need esignal. Ninja 6 and zen-fire combination is superior and it is free.

come to think of it ... I upgraded to v10 a couple of weeks ago ... you guys think there might be a coincidence?

Has anyone started to have trouble also upgraded to version 10 around the same time?

  5. I upgraded to version 10 on another computer and was having data loading problems, but i kept version 8 on my trading computer and still have problems, but you are correct in that my problems started after the release of the new version which is putting more stress on the servers

Relax everyone. I'm sure eSignal is working on a new, updated version that will "soon" take care of all your problems. Please remain patient and confident; and most importantly, keep paying for your data feed.:D

I stayed on 8 as well because I figured 10 would have bugs.

I have an interesting info to report.

I had today side by side feeds for TT, zen-fire and esignal going into Ninja. I decided to put up tick charts, and what I observed is a bit disturbing. TT feed had the least amount of ticks, then followed for zen-fire and then with esignal having most ticks.

To picture it, let’s say within the same 5 minutes time span, TT produced 10 bars, zen-fire produced 15 bars and Esignal produced 20 bars.

The only conclusion that I can make is that e-signal reports all ticks where others merge them. Not sure how this can effect latency.

All highs and lows matched by the way.

I think this topic might need a separate thread.

    Regards,

    Hey guys,

I have to say that esignal was on today with zen fire beating it by only a few tenths of a second. I did not use dtniq because today I was actually trading and did not take the time over the weekend to construct my layout. Anyway I will report back withmy findings throughout the week and I hope everyone having problems or success with esignal can keep this thread going.

  10. Guess I'll never know if they're as good as you say, as they
did not answer an inquiry from a potential customer. With
such inefficiency I doubt they will stay in business very long.
