Help connecting to IB webinars

Bought a brand new Gateway DX 4850-57 Windows 7 computer this weekend. Webinars don't play or download on it either.

 

Since Cisco owns both Linksys and Webex, maybe Linksys technical support could help?

IB evidently has change something this month and I'm now able to "download" webinars to my computer and then listen at my convenience. Still unable to buffer and stream....but that's fine I don't need that convenience......just needed the access.
