Just pointing out that staring at screens is not a new phenomenon by any stretch of the imagination (in olden days the screen was a chalkboard). Same difference. Or day trading itself.
I would surmise that staring at a chalkboard is unlike staring at a real time chart updating on a screen but then my charts are updating faster than my senses operate. Others may operate on slower charts and the comparison may be valid. In any case, the comparison is tangential to what I stated in reference to teaching oneself by staring at screens in real time.
