im gonna try with regular candles. i just realized that i didnt really know the difference between them might need to study up on candles in general
ive been following warrior trading daily recaps for a while and he has some students doing same as im doing. trading penny stocks using his strategy with success. im sticking it until i build enough account size to start creeping into higher priced stocks and eventually long term investing. thats my long term goal is to increase the timeframe to long term investments and continue trading short term if my brain is not fried by then
One of the main criticisms of both WT and Tim Sykes method of trading is the problem of finding the shares to short. Penny stocks are a thin market. You don’t even know that you have three strikes against you: 1) Trading Pennies 2) Scalping 3) WeBull
neither one of them shorts i do the best i can with what i got even ross cameron and his students all say same thing. the flushes on the 5-15 dollar stocks are too fast. ross is trading on a paid platform that allows much faster order processing. even if we both push the sell button at exact same time his order will go through faster and i will be exiting at much lower price with much higher losses. as i mentioned before and so did one of his students. penny stocks dont drop like that. which allows me to cut losses better and webull has improved alot since it came out. their mobile app is the most detailed iv e seen compared to everyone else
If your broker has zero commissions, that's why your orders are filled slower. They're basically scalping against you.
Zero commissions is like your local mechanic shop saying bring your car to me to fix. I don't charge. He might do a good business but he ain't making no money! Brokers are in the business to make $$$ not just provide a service!
Volume bars, just like timed bars, can be displayed in either traditional or Heikin Ashi formats, so this observation doesn’t address the question. And “volume drives price” is opinion, not fact. At best, it’s a great oversimplification. And even when it’s true, it isn’t in itself a reason for the OP to use volume bars. Again, sometimes true; sometimes not. And sometimes (even when it is true), it doesn’t necessarily mean more profitable opportunities for a scalper, anyway.
