I am in talks with a fund and we have yet to talk contracts. So far they may employ me directly or sub-contract/outsource as I have my own technology. It will just be a seed funding account in the first instance, but it will be enough. What should I expect in the contract from a medium/small hedge fund player? Monthly retainer + profit split?
