Heat goes on: Earth headed for warmest year on record

  1. I see why you cannot find the science showing CO2 causes sea level rise. You are very confused. CO2 does not cause seal level rise. CO2 causes global warming which causes the ice to melt and the water to expand so the level rises.

Did you see that psychiatrist yet?

    1. nope... your doctor told me he was completely dedicated full time to helping with your psychosis so he had no time to help me improve my golf score.

    2. so sea level rise since the last ice age was caused by man made co2 melting the glaciers?

    3. So I see no link to science showing man made co2 is warming the oceans and melting the glaciers... how come?

  3. I'm not surprised that you don't see it. Not at all.

Yes, sea levels have been rising. The rate is now increasing. From global warming. This is baby stuff yet you seem to have trouble with it. You may have a case of ideological induced manic blindness. Makes one overlook huge areas of science as if they were not there. LOL

    But seriously.....see a shrink.

its not simple you simpleton. If it were simple we would have science showing us man made co2 causes / leads warming. Instead we have data showing warming leads co2.
and we have this.. .showing sea levels are not rising rapidly right now.

  5. Jerm, psychiatrist, now.

  6. There is strong evidence that global sea level is now rising at an increased rate and will continue to rise during this century.

While studies show that sea levels changed little from AD 0 until 1900, sea levels began to climb in the 20th century.

The two major causes of global sea-level rise are thermal expansion caused by the warming of the oceans (since water expands as it warms) and the loss of land-based ice (such as glaciers and polar ice caps) due to increased melting.

Records and research show that sea level has been steadily rising at a rate of 0.04 to 0.1 inches per year since 1900.

This rate may be increasing. Since 1992, new methods of satellite altimetry (the measurement of elevation or altitude) indicate a rate of rise of 0.12 inches per year.

This is a significantly larger rate than the sea-level rise averaged over the last several thousand years.

properly qualified statements. not the crazy talk you feature.
not inconsistent with the chart I posted
sea level rise may be increasing
    oceans may continue to warm
co2 may or may not be part of the cause

  8. Of course CO2 is part of the cause. Only a complete idiot would think otherwise.

We all realize evidence, causation and science mean nothing to you.
but it does mean something to those who wish to consider themselves informed and educated.
The science we have shows co2 levels trails change in ocean temps.

  10. So what? They also lead because CO2 is greenhouse gas. Only a complete idiot like you cannot understand that. The density of your brain is only exceeded by that of neutron star matter.
