Ugh...what a disgusting creature. What happened to her? I mean, she's always been a raging, rabid moonbat, but at least when she was young, she was decent looking.

as if I had to be able to personally testify as to the accuracy of NC state govt data to have an opinion on what it takes to understand how complicated beach eco systems are.

    you are such a douche.

Since you never even bothered to look at it, your opinion doesn't mean much.

As for your ability to let this go and move on . . .

  9. So wait a minute. Since Streisand feels that AGW is an important issue that she has donated money towards but she is now old and ugly, AGW is not happening. And sea level will not rise around the NC barrier beaches because it's bad for property values and they never asked that poster on LOLWUWT about how complex these systems are with their salinity profiles and river currents. Is that about right?

In related news......the IPCC predictions are completely wrong (if one is using right wing logic) about the sea level rise.....it is worse than they thought it would be.

And as someone who loves the barrier beaches it pains me to consider their demise. Screw the houses and property, I'm talking about the beautiful salt marshes and dune ecosystem.

as someone who loves the oceans and bays so much he volunteered time to be lead plaintiff's counsel on a federal lawsuit to protect clean water I can tell you that if for one second I saw science showing man made co2 was causing seal levels to rise... I would be linking to it.

There is no science showing man made co2 to be causing sea levels to rise.
Sea levels have been rising for 10000 years with sub cycles of ebb and flow.
No way can this be shown to not be natural variability right now.

Finally if you really love the oceans as I have heard at environmentalist meetings you sort of know eventually nature is going to re claim what it rightfully its. So you would be expect the rising oceans to take out stupidly place human structures. Sea level rise is probably good or at least part of nature..

    so your sympathy is detritus.
