but co2 is plant food and warmer weather most likely means more rain... so why don't you propose something useful like spending the billions on agw research on desalination plants?
Sure crazyboy. Take your meds. Climate change will cause a reduction in agricultural output. It is already causing problems.
Yes, global cooling will cause a reduction in agricultural output and a reduction in human population. And global warming causes an increase in agricultural output with an associated increase in human population. Unfortunately we are facing global cooling over the next 30 years. We should be doing anything humanly possible to warm the earth... otherwise the most vulnerable humans will face starvation and misery. Yet the sad reality is that increased CO2 does not lead to warming.
I give up the its all going tonend brigade isnt going to listen to any logic or reason, there too busy have a panic attack over nothing. Global warming has been talked about for 20years, nothings changed that i can see over that time, yes we have warmer years, but we still have colder years. Idiots, and its not like we arent moving away from fossil fuel as its a limited supply anyway. Global cooling caused by soot in the upper atmosphere blocking the suns rays, and co2 is offsetting this nicely is an interesting theory.
Last 40 years earth is warmer by 0.6c, last nearing 20years its pretty much unchanged. Which means the improvements to reduce co2 are keeping it in check nicely. This is a non issue pretty much, go away tree huggers and dont try to starve billions of people quite yet.
So you can not find any way to refute the reality so you just resort to calling names. Why don't you address the reality that the earth is not warming but cooling for the past 18 years.
